This 2001 Volvo V70 T5 is powered by a turbocharged 2.3-liter inline-five mated to a five-speed automatic transmission and is finished in Silver Sand Metallic over gray leather upholstery. Equipment includes 17″ multi-spoke wheels, roof rails, tinted windows, power-adjustable front seats, rear-facing third-row seats, a retractable picnic table, a sunroof, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a CD/cassette stereo. Its timing belt was replaced in January 2022 before the car was acquired by the seller on BaT in November 2022, and its front strut assemblies, strut mounts, bump stops, and sway-bar links were replaced in February 2023. This V70 has 92k miles and is now offered at no reserve in Ohio with spare parts, manufacturer’s literature, a first-aid kit, an accident-free Carfax report, and a clean Tennessee title in the seller’s name.
The car is finished in Silver Sand Metallic and equipped with black side moldings, tinted windows, roof rails, body-color mirror caps, and a sunroof. There are paint chips around the body, flaws on the front bumper, and a ding in the left-rear door, and close-up photos of the body panels and trim are shown in the gallery below.
Multi-spoke 17″ Tethys wheels wear 235/45 Blackhawk Street-H tires. Work in 2022 included replacing the lower control arm bushings and ball joints as well as power steering and brake fluid flushes. The front strut assemblies, strut mounts, bump stops, and sway bar links were replaced prior to a four-wheel alignment in February 2023.
The power-adjustable front sport seats and second-row bench are trimmed in gray leather. Amenities include driver-seat position memory, a HomeLink transmitter, dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, and a CD/cassette stereo. The second-row middle seat bottom houses a retractable picnic table with a cupholder.
The multifunction steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level as well as a digital information display. The digital odometer indicates 92k miles, approximately 2k of which have been added under current ownership. The seller notes that the alarm system service and right turn signal bulb replacement messages will intermittently appear.
A rear-facing bench with two seatbelts folds flat into the cargo floor.
The turbocharged 2.3-liter inline-five sends power to the front wheels via a five-speed automatic transaxle. The timing belt and water pump were replaced in January 2022, and the transmission fluid was flushed. A K&N air filter was installed and the oil was changed during current ownership.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Georgia, Indiana, North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, and Ohio. An open recall for the driver airbag is noted in an October 2021 entry.
