This 1967 Volvo 122S wagon is powered by a 1.8-liter inline-four mated to an M41 four-speed manual transmission with overdrive, and it is finished in dark green over tan vinyl upholstery. Equipment includes 15″ KPZ-style steel wheels, front disc brakes, Lesjöfors lowering springs, Bilstein rear dampers, H4 European-specification headlights, driving lights, a two-piece tailgate, a Blaupunkt AM/FM push-button radio, and dual SU carburetors. The car is said to have been purchased new through the Volvo Overseas Delivery Program and driven around Europe before being shipped to Washington State, where it was acquired by the current owner in June 2010. This 122S wagon is now offered at no reserve with spare parts, original delivery documents, and a Washington State title in the seller’s name.

The body was refinished in dark green under previous ownership and features bright bumpers and trim, a twin grille, dual side-view mirrors, and a split rear tailgate as well as H4 European-specification headlights with Auteroche lenses and Hella driving lights mounted with brackets reportedly sourced from a 123GT. Exterior blemishes include a chip in the windshield, oxidation on the hatch hinges, a dent in the right-front door, and bubbling paint on the rear corners, hatch, and lower doors.

KPZ-style 15″ wheels wear Volvo center caps and are mounted with 205/65 Pirelli Cinturato P4 tires, and a full-size spare with a 165-series Jupiter tire is housed below the cargo area. The car rides on Lesjöfors lowering springs and Bilstein rear dampers, and stopping power is provided by front disc and rear drum brakes with stainless-steel brake lines. The seller reports the ball joints, rear axle limiting straps, and various suspension bushings were replaced under current ownership along with the front brake rotors, calipers, and hoses. Four removed 15×4.5″ wheels with 165-series tires are included in the sale.

The cabin houses front bucket seats equipped with Recaro recliners and upholstered in tan vinyl, which extends to the rear bench. Additional appointments include an under-dash parcel tray, door map pockets, and a Blaupunkt AM/FM push-button radio. The seller reports that the high beams are now operated through the turn signal stalk, the overdrive switch and light were sourced from a 123GT, and the car has intermittent wiper functionality. Wear is visible on the left seating surface, and a dash cover is fitted.

A two-spoke steering wheel wears an aftermarket wrap and features a bright horn ring. Instrumentation consists of a non-functioning 120-mph speedometer as well as gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 31k miles, approximately 15k of which have been added under current ownership. True mileage is unknown.

The 1.8-liter B18 inline-four features dual SU carburetors and was rated at 90 horsepower and 100 lb-ft of torque when new. Cylinder compression readings are provided in the gallery.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a replacement M41 four-speed manual transmission with overdrive. A two-inch Simons exhaust is fitted, and the seller reports work under current ownership included replacing the clutch and driveshaft.

Manufacturer’s literature, a handwritten service log, and spare parts will accompany the car.

The Washington State title lists “Classic” under the brands section.
