This 1964 Saab 96 is sold as a non-running project, the seller noting that any new parts needed to rebuild the motor are included and all necessary machine work has been completed—check out those lovely brass-colored connecting rods. The car definitely needs cosmetic attention as well but looks largely complete, and though structural rust isn’t mentioned it’d be wise to plan for it.
