This 1980 Husqvarna 390 OR underwent refurbishment work by its second owner from whom it was acquired by the seller in 2018. It is powered by a 384cc two-stroke single paired with a six-speed transmission and features Öhlins remote-reservoir shocks, gold-finished alloy rims, a cross-braced handlebar, an expansion-chamber exhaust system, and a side stand. It was repainted under current ownership and the 21″ front and 17″ rear rims were mounted with knobby Kenda tires. This 390 OR is offered at no reserve in California for off-road use only with a bill of sale.
The three-gallon aluminum fuel tank is finished in black with polished side panels and gold graphics. The silver-finished chrome-moly single-downtube frame has 31.5 degrees of rake and features an extra frame tube that runs lengthwise under the engine case. Equipment includes plastic high-mount fenders, yellow side and front number plates, a side stand, and a black vinyl seat.
Gold-finished alloy rims measuring 21″ up front and 17″ out back are laced to drum-brake hubs and are wrapped in knobby Kenda tires. Suspension is from a leading-axle conventional fork as well as dual Öhlins remote-reservoir shocks mounted to the swingarm.
The cross-braced handlebar is mounted in pullback risers and carries a twist-grip throttle and black grips. No instrumentation is present, therefore total mileage is unknown.
The 384cc two-stroke single was factory rated at 37 horsepower and breathes through a 38mm Mikuni carburetor and a high-mount expansion-chamber exhaust system that features a spark arrester.
Power is sent to the rear wheel through an oiled clutch, a six-speed transmission with wide-ratio first through third gears and close-ratio fourth through sixth gears, and a drive chain.
The bike does not have a title or registration and is being sold on a bill of sale only.
