This 1973 Volvo 1800ES is finished in Cypress Green over a Cognac interior and powered by a 2.0-liter B20 inline-four mated to a 4-speed manual transmission with overdrive. The car was purchased by the selling dealer through a June 2018 BaT Auction showing just over 126k miles, and just 10 miles have been added since. A July 2018 service included new drag links, an idler arm sleeve and bushing, and a front-end alignment. Work under previous ownership reportedly included an engine rebuild and installation of a new clutch, brakes, radiator, fuel tank, and injectors. This ES is offered at no reserve with a clean New York title. The Cypress Green (110) paint is shown from multiple angles in the gallery below. An original-style chrome roof rack is equipped. The glass hatch lock and key were replaced in 2017. An exterior walk-around video can be viewed above. Painted steel wheels wear chrome beauty rings and a set of matching Dunlop D60 A2 tires. The Cognac (456-884) upholstery is accented with color-matched door panels and carpets, the latter of which are protected by Volvo-branded rubber mats. Two tears in the rear seat are noted as having been obscured in previous photos. The car is equipped with air conditioning, and a the dash-mounted aftermarket radio. The 6-digit odometer shows 126,040 miles, just 10 more than when the seller purchased the vehicle in June. The 2.0-liter B20F inline-four features fuel injection and was rated at 125 horsepower in 1973. The previous owner reportedly rebuilt the engine and replaced the clutch and radiator. The fuel injectors were replaced in 2017, the muffler was replaced at 100k miles, and a new fuel tank was installed last year. Additional undercarriage photos are displayed in the gallery. A driving video is provided below:
