This 1995 Saab 900 SE convertible is finished in Imola Red over Charcoal leather and was sold new by Orange Saab in Albany, New York. The car first resided in Westport, Connecticut with the original owner and subsequently spent time in Maine and Texas before being acquired by the selling dealer in early 2019. Power comes from a turbocharged 2.0L inline-four paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. Now showing 64k miles, this 900 SE is being offered by the selling dealer with sales brochures, original window sticker, a handwritten log, a clean Autocheck report, and a clean Texas title.
The bodywork is finished in Imola Red with black textured plastic trim and a black top. The powered convertible top stows under a hard-shell boot and is equipped with a glass rear window with electric defroster. A fitted car cover is shown in the gallery. Scratches are present on the front bumper, and a bend is noted in the front license plate bracket.
The 16″ alloy wheels are fitted with Continental ExtremeContact tires showing 2009 date codes. A spare center cap is included. The car is equipped with headlamp washers, heated mirrors, and front and rear fog lights.
The interior features a faux-wood dash fascia and Charcoal leather upholstery with matching carpets and plastics. Equipment includes a factory stereo, digital infotainment display, heated seats, automatic climate control, and a trunk-mounted CD changer. Wear is pictured on the driver’s seat.
Photos are provided of the digital dash displays. Instrumentation consists of a 155-mph speedometer, 7k-rpm tachometer, a fuel gauge, temperature gauge, and a boost gauge. Approximately 64k miles are shown, 200 of which were added by the seller.
The turbocharged and intercooled B204L 2.0L inline-four was factory rated at 182 horsepower and is equipped with Trionic 5 engine management. Power is sent to the front wheels via a 5-speed manual transaxle. The seller notes that an oil and filter change was performed about a year ago.
Suspension is by MacPherson struts at the front, with a twist-beam axle at the rear. Additional photos of the underside are provided and show the floors, exhaust, and suspension components.
The seller notes that the original maintenance booklet shows several dealer stamps from early in the car’s life. The second owner kept a handwritten fuel and mileage log from 1998 through 2013, a sample of which is shown in the gallery below.
Factory literature is included in a black leather portfolio. Dealer materials, a press kit, two keys with remotes, and a scale model of the car are shown.
The Autocheck report shows history in Connecticut, Maine, Florida, and Texas. No accidents or damage are noted.
