The car was finished in Dark Blue from the factory, and was repainted following replacement of the right front fender according to the seller. Originally blue, the cabin has been reupholstered in tan vinyl with a black upper dash pad and aftermarket carpets. Later-style headrests have been fitted, while the car retains a factory steering wheel with a separate horn ring. The seller notes that finishing work remains to be done, including installation of an included blanking plate to fit over a larger-than-stock radio hole in the dash.

The seller notes that the car was serviced by X-Ray Auto Vintage Volvo Repair of Seattle, Washington during the refurbishment, with later maintenance reportedly performed by an ASE-certified mechanic.
