This 1982 Volvo 245 GLT is finished in Coronado Gold Metallic over tan leather and equipped with a turbocharged 2.1-liter inline-four mated to a 4-speed manual gearbox with overdrive. Additional features include a rear-facing third row seat, Virgo wheels, a stock boost gauge, and more. The car was picked up at the factory in Sweden by its original owner, from whom the seller reportedly purchased it two months ago. A clutch replacement was conducted earlier this year, and the car now has 192k miles. This 245 GLT is sold with tourist delivery materials, a Carfax report, a repair manual, and a clean California title in the seller’s name. The car wears blue California license plates and factory Turbo badges in addition to a Volvo Special Delivery and Diplomat sticker on the rear window. The Carfax begins in 2001 and lists no accidents or other damage from 2001 to 2017. Updated 2019 California registration plate tags are included. This wagon is equipped with factory 15″ Virgo wheels, a front valance, US-spec lighting, and was ordered without a roof rack. The driver-side rear window is said to work intermittently. The cabin is upholstered in tan, with button tufted leather on the front and rear seats as well as factory all-weather floor mats. Gauges for turbocharger boost, oil pressure, and voltage are equipped above the center stack. The odometer shows just under 192k miles, with all but a handful said to have been added by the original owner. The air conditioning system is said to be functional. A split can be seen in the dash above the gauge shroud. The cargo area is equipped with a rear-facing third row seat, which can be folded into the floor. In addition to a Haynes manual, the seller is including a Volvo Tourist and Diplomat sales booklet believed to be from the car’s European pickup by its original owner. Power comes from a turbocharged 2.1-liter B21FT inline-four backed by a 4-speed manual transmission with pushbutton overdrive. The clutch was reportedly replaced four months ago. The Carfax report contains entries to 2001. A walk-around video is provided below, and a tour of the underside is available here.
